Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We currently ship to addresses in Greece, and standard shipping is free on every order. Your final total is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How will I know when my order ships?

We'll email you a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way, including tracking details when they're available.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just email us a clear statement or use our withdrawal form. You're only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item more than needed to check it. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions. When will I get my refund?

We refund you, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we've received the item back, or proof that you've sent it, before refunding. Your bank may take a little longer to post the refund.

What if a product is faulty or not as described?

All products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Greek law. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and we'll repair, replace or refund it as the law provides.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never see your full card details.

How do I care for my knives?

Hand wash and dry them right after use, and keep them out of the dishwasher. Store them in a block, on a magnetic strip or in a sheath so the edge stays protected. More tips in our knife care guide.

How do I care for cast iron?

Wash with hot water (a little mild soap is fine), dry it completely, then wipe on a thin layer of oil. Read the full cast iron guide.

How do I care for wooden utensils?

Hand wash, dry them promptly and avoid soaking. An occasional coat of food-safe oil keeps the wood from drying out.
